1. Agreement & Student Consent

By contacting or using Assignments Assist (whether via website, WhatsApp, or email), you explicitly confirm and consent that:

• You are using our service for personal learning, reference, and academic guidance purposes
• You understand and accept full personal responsibility for how you use the material provided
• You are aware of your institution's academic integrity policies and regulations
• You are at least 16 years of age, or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 16

2. Nature of Our Service

Assignments Assist provides academic tutoring, example model solutions, and educational support services. All work produced is intended as a reference tool and learning resource. We are not responsible for how clients choose to utilise the guidance, examples, or model answers we produce. Misuse of our materials is solely the responsibility of the client.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• The agreed target grade is not achieved — proof of official grading must be provided within 14 days of receiving results
• The work delivered is significantly different from the agreed brief
• Work is delivered more than 48 hours after the agreed deadline without prior notice

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or grade receipt. We reserve the right to offer a rework before issuing a refund where applicable.

4. Revision Policy

We offer unlimited free revisions until you are satisfied with the work, provided:

• The revision request relates to the original agreed scope and brief
• The original assignment brief has not materially changed
• The revision request is made within 30 days of delivery

5. Confidentiality

We commit to keeping all student information strictly confidential. We will never disclose your identity, contact details, or assignment information to any third party, including educational institutions, employers, or government agencies, except where legally compelled to do so.

6. Payments

Payment terms, amounts, and methods are agreed individually with each client before work begins. We do not begin work without a confirmed agreement. All payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 3.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the work for personal educational reference. We retain all intellectual property rights until payment is received in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

Assignments Assist is an educational support and tutoring service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any academic, professional, or legal consequences arising from client use or misuse of materials provided. The client accepts full personal responsibility for their academic decisions and actions.

9. Accuracy of Briefs

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date assignment briefs. We are not liable for work that does not meet requirements if the brief provided was incomplete or inaccurate.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
